The manufacturing process for Fiji Shutters

The hardwood used in the production of our Fiji Shutters is rested for six months before being twice kiln-dried. The computer-controlled drying process takes into account the specific climate conditions in the UK. This allows the wood to settle before being treated and ensures your Fiji Shutters won’t warp over time and will give you years of enjoyment.
