The vast majority of our shutters are installed by our team however we also offer a measure and supply service if you wish to install your own shutters. Our installation costs are included in the final price. We only use our team to install and never sub-contractors. There is no minimum installation charge. All products are guaranteed against warping and defects of workmanship and colour fading for 5 years.

We keep things as simple as possible for you

Initial enquiry via phone, email, social media or calling into our showrooms
If you provide us with the approximate width and drop of each window, we will email you a guide price, after which we would make an appointment to measure, discuss specification and confirm prices for your requirements
If you do not feel comfortable taking approximate measurements yourself, we would simply make the appointment to measure, discuss specification and quote for your requirements
Order, we request a 50% deposit to place your order which is confirmed with our order number ready to go into production
Installation, we return approximately eight weeks later to complete professional installation of your shutters and request 50% balance payment

We’re taking positive steps to become more sustainable in the way we design, source, and make our shutters.

Every shutter made is engineered from wood sourced from managed forests. We also use traditional mortise and tenon joints to strengthen our shutters, not using harmful bonding chemicals, and our cardboard and packaging are carefully recycled by the householder as It’s our way of helping reduce our footprint and helping protect the environment.
